This past winter we had the service department redeck our Manitou tri-toon as well as install a power bimini and perform some general maintenance to the motor. Their service tech, Chris Gallagher, found missing gear oil in the lower unit (from fishing net getting sucked into the housing) which we would have never discovered on our own and would have caused a serious problem in the future. Jamie Earhart and Chris (in the office) sent photos of the problem and continued to send photos and emails as the services were performed. John Yaussy, the general manager, has been very professional and informative. We highly recommend the service department at Charles Mill Marina.

Wanted to give a shout out to the team at Charles Mill Marina. We purchased a new 23 Tri-toon from Mike walker and his team in 2023. Had great experience with Mike, very knowledgeable and has great relationships with his manufacturers. Which creates an ease of doing business with. Service department on prepping the boat for delivery is top notch. The delivery of the boat was awesome, as they spent some time, on the water, to inform me and teach me everything about my boat. Very nice touch. We have a dock at Delaware Marina which is a trek from their Marina but have continued to use their services for Hauling to and from, oil changes, winter storage, cleaning of the toons and shrink wrap. Also, we had used them in season last year 2024, as there was a lot of algae build up on the toons that was making the boat to feel sluggish and not operate to its full potential. They picked up the boat and took back to their Marina and diagnosed the problem and resolved by cleaning the toons. Then the redelivery of the boat was where it went south for the service department. Had a major hiccup, let's just say "Stuff Happens". But it's how a company responds and then resolves the issue quickly. Well to say they responded quickly and took the right steps in resolving the issue, is spot on! I had received a call from the Service manager right away and then shortly thereafter I received a call, and several follow up emails from Co-Owner Andrew Schraedly. Again "stuff Happens" but how a company responds is the Key to have a successful business and the Culture that is created from the Top Down! A good example is I received a text from Mike Walker 'the Sales Manager stating, "this isn't how this is going to work!" This is the culture of setting the bar HIGH for all employees to adhere by. I will leave this with "Price should not be the deciding factor". Thanks to all who made a bad experience into like it never happened!

Wow, wow, wow, we have used Charles Mill Marina the past 3 years to shrink wrap our pontoon for fall storage and they always do a Fantastic Job! This year we reached out to have our tools cleaned and the pontoon re- decked and Jamie Earhart the service manager took our experience to the next level!! She went Above and Beyond to walk us threw every step. We received all the samples we requested in record time. Jamie's ability to make the customer feel like her only priority at that moment is the definition of Customer Service!! 15 Stars!!

Jamie the Manager was fantastic to deal with. She operates a great business that is customer focused, transparent, and fair. Chris the service technician what can I say.. he truly knows his way around an outboard motor. He even went on a test drive with me to make sure the repairs were to my satisfaction. Just had a great visit with the good folks at Charles Mill Marina! I worked with Mike Walker on repowering my boat and his level of customer service was exceptional throughout the entire process. I would be remiss not mentioning how helpful and friendly everyone else was as well. The facility was clean and has a nice selection of items at reasonable prices. It was very refreshing to do business with a good, honest and customer friendly business.

We joined the boat club this yr. and are having a blast with family & friends!! Pontoons are NEW! We just show up and board a big beautiful pontoon to fish or tube from. We pay to top off with gas when we return. Kerry, Nick, everyone are super friendly and helpful!

Being a new Pontoon boat owner I was wowed with my service I received from Mike who found the perfect boat for me and my family. We truly love our new boat. Being new boaters, we have no idea what we are doing, but we are so glad that we docked our pontoon here! The first day we backed our boat in, Miles said hi and gave us a run through on all we needed to know right then-the marina is blessed to have him! The store and office staff are so friendly and helpful-even when we can't find the right dock :)

Although there are days that I think our boat may cause a divorce, we love our time on Charles Mill!

We just purchased our first pontoon and love it!! Danny took us out and showed us everything we needed to know! He was awesome! Mike sold us the boat and was fantastic! We are so happy with our purchase!

Charles Mill picked up my pontoon boat in Canton in order to winterize it, change the oil, store it for the winter, de-winterize it and return it in the spring. I had to drive my boat from my dock to the ramp, which is about 500 yards so that their driver, Danny could pick it up. It was 5:00 PM when Danny arrived and the day was cold, rainy and windy and my boat would not start. Not going into details, but Danny stayed there, out in that weather for probably 1.5 hours until he finally figured out that a fuse had blown. He replaced the fuse, the boat started and we got it on the trailer. Additionally, he had the drive from Lake Cable in Canton to Charles Mill Marina to look forward to after he loaded my boat. There are not many people that would have done that and I am very appreciative of his efforts. Charles Mill has a very rare and valuable employee with Danny. Thanks for everything!Jeff Musleve

The staff was fantastic, the boats were nearly brand new, and the prices were very competitive for what you got. We rented a pontoon boat with the big engine so the kids could do tubing and play on the lake, and theres lots of places to park and eat, or swim, or whatever you want. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at Pleasant Hill Lake! We prebooked and prepaid for the large pontoon as we took the dog on the water with us. Our boat was at the dock, ready and waiting for us at our designated time. The desk and dock staff were super friendly and very helpful; they even let us borrow their air compressor to blow up our floats as it was faster than ours! They provided a quick tutorial for our drivers and helped us load, board and set off. We will definitely be using them again!!!

We were very fortunate, in this day of inventory shortages, to be able to purchase a new pontoon boat from Charles Mill just a few weeks ago. The boat was listed as "coming soon" on their website. I called and was able to purchase the boat sight-unseen. Since then, nothing but extreme satisfaction with Charles Mill Marina - from a great sales experience (Mike) on-time delivery in time for the July 4th weekend (thanks, Danny) to great post sale service (John and Ken), we have loved our experience dealing with them. We strongly and heartily endorse and recommend them.

Fantastic experience! We rented a boat several years ago and were so happy with our experience we went back the next time we were in the area. Karie was exceedingly friendly and helpful, and when she saw me wearing a mask, asked me if I wanted her to wear one too (even though they're not required anymore). The boat was pristine and sooo nice - all leather, Bluetooth, just amazing. Our kids tubed off the back and had the time of their lives! Logan was awesome - explained everything very clearly, and super friendly. We will definitely go back next time we're in the area!

I have been on this lake for many, many years. I love it very much. I am giving a big shout out for the manager of the marina, Karie Amstutz. I bought an extra fuel tank at another location and found out it had the wrong fittings. I stopped at the marina and Karie went way beyond just being a manager and friend, she worked until the problem was solved and I was on my way. THANK YOU very much Karie.

We spent Fathers Day 2021 on the rental boats. By far the best trip ever, we had so much fun!! This is our 3rd year renting boats at the marina and every year is better than the last. The staff goes above and beyond every time!

Had a blast on our rental boat with friends just cruising around and enjoying the sunshine. The Marina is easy to get to and has clean and welcoming amenities. The boat we rented was well equipped, clean, and had a great sound system that was easy to use. Thanks to Jesse for helping us get set up and on our way!

We rented a pontoon boat from Pleasant Hill Marina last weekend and had an awesome time! The boat was brand new, clean and had bluetooth ! The marina staff was outstanding through the whole process. They were very helpful, friendly and professional. The manager was proud of her crew , and and in particular Chelsea and Logan did an awesome job in helping us.
