Andrew Schraedly is a Co-Owner and the Business Development Manager for Charles Mill Marina. Andrew oversees marketing, finance, accounting, continuous improvement and special projects.
Andrew is a member of the Young Leaders Advisory Council for the Marine Retailers Association of America (MRAA), and serves on the advisory board for Ohio Clean Marinas program. He has led efforts for Charles Mill Marina to be named as a Top 20 Dealership and a Five-Star Certified Boat Dealership.
A 2009 graduate from The Ohio State University, Andrew a devoted fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Cavs, Cleveland Guardians and Chicago Bears. He also enjoys boating, running, softball, and hanging out with family and friends in his spare time.

With fifty years of experience in the boating industry, Bob brings seasoned competence to the boating business. After operating the Clearfork Marina southwest of Mansfield for some twenty-five years, he bought the Charles Mill Marina in 1985 and then the Pleasant Hill Marina in 2004.
On any day of the week you can find him scouting out possible problems and discovering solutions, ensuring the smooth operation of every aspect of the business.
Bob is longtime member of the National Ski Patrol at Snow Trails Ski Area. If you ask Bob about the highlight of his boating year at the marina, he’ll tell you hands down that it’s the fireworks show in July. Not to be missed.

Harry has been with Charles Mill Marina for an impressive 46 years, specializing in boat and motor repair, rigging boats, and all service related issues. His hobbies include houseboating, fishing, and golf, and his favorite events at Charles Mill Marina are the many cookouts and the 4th of July fireworks display.

Jamie is the Service Manager at Charles Mill Marina. Jamie works to make sure that our customers and our service department have everything they need to have fun on the water and to keep their boats and motors running great.
In her spare time, Jamie is an avid fisherman and enjoys spending time on Charles Mill Lake with family.
John Yaussy

John brings over 35 years of experience in the boating industry to our parts and service department. He began in the early 1980’s at Clearfork Marina near Lexington, Ohio, working in boat sales, service, parts and operations. John managed Apple Valley Marina in Howard, Ohio, for over a decade.
John now helps oversee day-to-day operations at Charles Mill Marina and coordinating service work.
Fun fact: John once lived in the apartment that used to be half of the main building here at Charles Mill Marina.

Karie has been with the Charles Mill and Pleasant Hill Marinas for 12 years and works with Andrew and Bob to manage the daily activities of the marina. Her interests don’t run far from her job either, as her love of tubing and lake cruising attest. Her favorite events at the lake are Christmas in July, and the annual lake concert.

Mike started with Charles Mill Marina in 2010 working in the rental and docking departments. He now brings his strong organizational and customer service skills to the sales side of the business. Mike puts his time into each sale to make sure each customer is able to leave with the exact boat they are looking for.
