Group Rentals

School field trips, Birthday, Company Picnics, Class or Family Reunions or any Group. Charles Mill Marina offers discounts for groups of 10 or more people when using 3 or more of our rental boats, for at least a 4-hour period.

Our group rental boats includes pontoon boats, fishing boats, and paddleboats. The group rental discount is 25% off regular rental rates, Monday through Friday, 15% off on weekends. Gasoline used is extra.

All safety equipment included in price of boat. Gasoline used will be additional to rental rates. Damage and/or security deposit is required in cash or credit card plus valid driver license. Damage to rental boats and equipment (including propellers) is the customer's responsability to pay for. Must be 18 or over to rent a boat with motor.

Catering

• Port-a-Cook catering service specializes in authentic barbeque, with a full menu of entrees and side dishes to choose from. Based in Lucas, Ohio, Port-a-Cook has been a staple for any party out here on the lake. Call them at 419-892-3583 or visit them online at portacook.com for more information.
• Doc's Deli catering has the signature sandwiches, soups and salads to keep any size group happy. Located in Mansfield, you can call them at 419-775-7775 or visit their website at DocsDeliMansfield.com.

Pavillions and Picnic Areas

• The back deck attached to the Charles Mill Marina is perfect for your next gathering, with tables, chairs, umbrellas and a 5x3 foot gas grill. The deck, including the grill, is free for public use and does need to be reserved. For pictures and more information about the deck, visit our back deck page.

• Charles Mill Lake Park has several locations on the lake to host your group. Pavillions that can hold up to 20 people are $40 a day while pavillions holding up to 100 people are $80. The park also has a private island, accessible only by boat or footbridge that is available for the day for $200. Gate fees, which are assessed on a per car basis, are extra.
