Spooky Scarecrow Weekend and Chili Cook Off

Bring the kids out to a Halloween event at Charls Mill Lake Park. There will be children time, halloween themed crafts, lot decorations, and a Chili cook off and apple dessert contest. Fun for the entire family with a halloween/fall theme!
